Location access

LookUp uses your device’s GPS/location permission only to show aircraft flying near your current position. Location is used solely to provide the core functionality of the app.

• Your location is requested only when needed for the app to work.
• We do not use your location for advertising or profiling.
• We do not sell your location data.

How location is processed

In order to find nearby flights, the app may send your current coordinates to our service or to flight-data providers used by the app. This information is used only to retrieve nearby aircraft information and is not used to identify you personally.

Data storage

We do not intentionally store your GPS location as part of a user profile. If temporary technical logs are generated for reliability, security, or troubleshooting, they are kept only as needed for operational purposes.

Third-party services

LookUp may rely on third-party aviation or mapping services to provide flight information. Those services may process technical request data needed to respond to the app. Please refer to their own privacy policies for more information.

Children’s privacy

LookUp is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can deny or revoke location permission at any time in your device settings. If location access is disabled, some features of the app may not work correctly.
